INCOME DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Course Name: Roadmap to Riches

1. Purpose and Scope:This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Distributor may promote and market the Company's digital marketing product Roadmap to Riches and earn compensation based on the sales generated through their efforts.

2. Independent Contractor Status:Distributor is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of the Company. Distributor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and other legal obligations arising from their business activities.

3. Compensation Structure:The compensation structure for Distributor shall be as follows:

Distributor will earn a commission based on a percentage of the sales made by customers referred by Distributor using their unique affiliate link or referral code.

Commissions are subject to change and will be determined by the Company at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Distributor in writing.

4. Income Representation:Distributor understands and acknowledges that any income representations made by the Company, its agents, or other Distributors are not guarantees of actual income. Actual income may vary and is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, Distributor's efforts, skills, market conditions, and customer demand.

5. Earnings Disclaimer:The Company does not guarantee any level of income or success to Distributor. Any income or earnings discussed are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered as typical or guaranteed results.

6. No Income Guarantee:Distributor acknowledges that the income earned as a result of promoting the Product is not guaranteed and may vary. The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the potential income that Distributor may earn.

7. Marketing Practices:Distributor agrees to market and promote the Product in an ethical and legal manner. Distributor shall not make false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims, and shall accurately represent the Product and its benefits.

8. Compliance with Laws:Distributor agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations related to marketing and business practices.

9. Term and Termination:This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, Distributor shall cease all marketing and promotional activities related to the Product.

10. Entire Agreement:This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

By signing below, Distributor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Income Disclosure Agreement.
